As original OEM BBS RS center caps become increasingly difficult to find in good condition, we have developed a complete re-manufactured small-thread BBS RS hubcap set, produced from scratch to match original dimensions while offering improved durability and finishing flexibility.

This version is made in the small BBS RS size (151 mm diameter), making it suitable for most 14″ and 15″ wheels, as well as selected 16″ BBS RS applications. The set includes both the waffle plate and center hexagon, and both components are manufactured from aluminum. This allows for a wide range of finishes including polishing, powder coating, anodizing, or painting, depending on the desired look.

The included hexagon is designed in a low-profile height, allowing it to sit more flush with the wheel surface and blend naturally into the classic RS design. This results in a cleaner and more integrated appearance compared to taller center hex versions.

This hubcap set is based on original BBS RS component specifications, corresponding to commonly used parts such as:

• Waffle plate reference: 09.24.038

• Low profile RS hexagon: 09.24.152

• Full height RS hexagon alternative: 09.24.013

The system is compatible with both large and small thread versions used on BBS RS wheels. Typical thread references include:

• 09.24.015 (large thread – approx. 72 mm)

• 09.24.032 (small thread – approx. 58 mm)

Although some reference numbers are shared across versions, the actual fitment depends on the thread diameter, so it is recommended to measure your wheel center bore and thread size before purchase.

Hub caps are compatible with most 14″ and 15″ BBS RS wheels and selected 16″ models, depending on the center bore configuration.
